ADVERTISING POLICIES: All rates are current at March 2014, subject to change without notice. All ads are sold to the highest available space in any one column. White space within an ad does not qualify for a lower rate. Rates are based on the average number of impressions during the previous quarter. Contracts signed in any quarter are based on rates in effect at the time and remain constant for the duration of the contract.
