Here’s a switch: Job seekers are now getting offers – and in some cases more than one or two.
It’s a sign of a finally recovering economy that’s even seeing some green shoots in the Central Valley, especially with temporary employment.

“The time to hire would be when they don’t have the workers to launch new products or new services,” says Destinee Hough, branch manager in Stockton for the staffing firm Robert Half International.
She says there’s a growing demand in the Valley for workers with certain skills.
