One reason American Micro Detection Systems might be having difficulty finding qualified applicants is the lack of a careers section on their website. If they don't advertise openings they can't expect applicants. Keep the expectations realistic as well.
If there is such a dire shortage of STEM employees as articles such as this claim we should see skyrocketing compensation offers to attract talent. With perhaps some exceptions in software engineering and IT compensation in most STEM careers has been flat or decreasing. Job security has been terrible as well.
