Stockton Children’s Home gets a new logo
August 7, 2017
• Part of transition to different services
• “Better represents where the Children’s Home of Stockton is today and our vision for the future”
Children’s Home of Stockton is evolving its programs into a short-term residential therapeutic program that means its delivery of services will look very different than what it’s done since the 1880s.
There will be more focused work with families, providing aftercare services and specialty mental health services under the new direction, it says.
With these changes CHS says it’s appropriate and timely to unveil a new logo that represents its evolution.
Children’s Home of Stockton partnered with Judith Buethe and Melissa Williams of Buethe Communications to redesign its logo and create a tagline that reflects what it is today. The new name is “Children’s Home of Stockton - Guiding Youth & Families.”
“It has never been a more exciting time than now to be a part of Children’s Home of Stockton,” says CHS Chief Executive Officer Joelle Gomez. “Our brand transformation better represents where the Children’s Home of Stockton is today and our vision for the future.”
A community reception is scheduled to officially unveil the new logo and pay tribute to the current one. It will be held at the main office from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9.
