•  Moller says it is not talking with Boeing

•  It is talking with others about licensing its technology

Moller International (OTCBB: MLER) of Davis, which makes a vertical takeoff and landing personal aircraft, says there’s no substance to a claim in a video recently posted to a popular Internet site that it is in discussions with Boeing (NYSE: BA) regarding a merger of the two organizations.

“The company is not currently engaged in any discussions with Boeing or its affiliates”, says Paul Moller, president and chairman of the Board. “Moller International’s experience with ducted fans, manned and unmanned vertical take off and landing aircraft designs and high power-to-weight rotary engines continues to attract potential joint venture partners both domestic and international, but there are no ongoing discussions regarding the sale or merger of the company.”

Mr. Moller says his company is in talks for a worldwide licensing agreement for the its Rotapower engine as well as its use in a mass-produced plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), but not with Boeing.

“We expect to finish these discussions within the next 45 days,” he says.
