The world series is in Indianapolis and will be played by 17 teams over five days beginning Aug. 2.

The world series? August? Seventeen teams instead of two? Yes, itís the world series but not the one you may be thinking of.

This is the National Beep Baseball Association World Series -- where the players are blind.

California is being represented by the Stockton Stingrays.
